Sweet Pastry

Our babka, a traditionally sweet braided bread, is fluffier and sweeter than a traditional babka. Includes Nutella and chocolate chips.

Kaya Bun (V) 4.75
Babka dough filled with homemade kaya jam. Kaya jam originated in Southeast Asia and consists of pandan leaves steeped in coconut milk mixed with eggs and sugar providing a thicker consistency than jam. The bun is then covered in unsweetened shredded coconut.

Cinnamon Roll (V) 4.25
Babka dough spiraled with cinnamon and raw local Louisiana cane sugar.
